FAQ

Why is “Am I Blocked?” returning inaccurate statuses?
Due to the differences in each IM system, they are some instances when the statuses returned may not be accurate. This gadget uses the most accurate data available, but there are ways in which a user’s status can be hidden, most times unintentionally.

Why are some user statuses returned as “Unknown”?
This means that the status for that user, for some reason, cannot be found.

If you have a question, try asking it at the Support Center.


Known Bugs

There is a bug which may cause Windows Live(MSN) and Skype statuses to not display correct information. A fix is in the works.

If you know of a bug not listed here, please report it at the Support Center.
